Shipping and Returns

At Vvolt, your satisfaction is our priority.

We're excited to share our bikes with you, so we do our best to get orders processed and shipped as quickly as we can. Vvolt bikes ship for free to continental US locations from Portland, OR via FedEx ground - they will arrive within 5 business days across the country. For customers in Hawaii and Alaska please reach out to support@vvolt.com to get a shipping quote.

We’ve worked hard to provide you with the best experience possible in purchasing and riding a Vvolt eBike. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you’re experiencing difficulty with your bike we ask that you contact us so we can help troubleshoot your problem prior to seeking a return. Please retain the original shipping box, just in case you need to use it for return shipping. We promise it’s way easier to pack your bike in our box than a standard bike shipping box!

If you are still unsatisfied with your Vvolt electric bicycle, you may return it for a full* refund within 14 days of purchase.

Contact our customer service team to get a Return Authorization (RA) number– returns without an RA number will not be accepted. Please be prepared to provide photo or video documentation of your issue(s).

We are happy to help you arrange return shipment via FedEx at a flat rate of $90. Once we receive your return, our tech team will assess the bicycle’s condition and contact you to confirm your refund. If you have questions or concerns, please contact support@vvolt.com or call us at 503.308.1152.

Bicycles returned in dirty or damaged condition may be subject to a return charge of up to 25% of the original price.
