Terms and Conditions
- Trade-up credit is offered to original owners of qualifying Vvolt ebikes
- Credit offer is valid for 30 days
- Credit may only be used for purchase of qualifying new model Vvolt
- Credit cannot be combined with other discounts on a new ebike. Accessory and shipping discounts can still be applied to the new order.
- Credit is based on original stock equipment, accessories or other modifications may not increase the credit offered.
- DAMAGE:
- Original bike must be returned in operational condition without any dents or other major damage.
- Scratches and component wear are acceptable and my result in a lower credit offer.
- Vvolt will extend an offer within 5 days of application.
- Once an offer is accepted by the owner, Vvolt will send a $90 invoice for return shipping and will email a return shipping label* (*Portland-area locals will be responsible for returning the bike to Vvolt HQ at no charge.)
- Buyer is responsible for packing the returned bike in a reasonable manner, see DAMAGE clauses above.
- The Vvolt workshop will verify condition and functionality of the returned bike ASAP upon receipt at Vvolt headquarters.
- Vvolt will apply the credit to a new sale invoice, which will be emailed to the customer. Payment of the reduced-price new Vvolt will be accepted via phone or online entry.
- Vvolt will make a reasonable effort to prioritize processing speed and minimize your time without ebike transportation!
- Vvolt reserves the right to reject any application or rescind unredeemed credit offers.
