Vvolt electric bicycles include a standard three-year warranty against manufacturer’s defect, with no mileage limitations, that covers issues you may have with your bike, including the battery, motor, transmission, belt, wheels, brakes, and other components.
While the warranty does not cover wear and tear, we stock many replacement parts in our US warehouse so that you may replace worn items with original factory parts.

Vvolt Care
We have gone to great lengths to specify low-maintenance motor, belt, transmission, and brake systems, which, depending on mileage, can go years between requiring services.
All vehicles require regular care and maintenance to perform at their best.
To keep your ebike in top shape, we recommend periodic visits to a local bike shop to assess your bike's needs and offer the appropriate service options.
Brake pads, tires, handlebar grips, and (eventually) belts require regular checks and periodic replacement.
You or your shop of choice are welcome to order them through our spare parts department. These common wear parts are readily available through independent bicycle service centers and select Beeline service partners nationwide.

Return Policy
We’ve worked hard to provide you with the best experience possible when purchasing and riding a Vvolt eBike. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you’re experiencing difficulty with your bike, we ask that you contact us so we can help troubleshoot your problem before seeking a return.
If you are still unsatisfied with your Vvolt electric bicycle, you may return it for a complete* refund within 14 days of receipt.
Contact our customer service team to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted. Please be prepared to provide photo or video documentation of any mechanical issues.
We are happy to help you arrange return shipment via FedEx at a flat rate of $90.
Please retain the original shipping box in case you need to use it for return shipping. We promise it’s way easier to pack your bike in our box than a standard bike shipping box!
Once we receive your return, our tech team will assess the bicycle's condition and contact you to confirm your refund.
*Bicycles returned in used, dirty, or damaged condition may be charged up to 25% of the original price as a return charge.

Accidents happen. If your bike has been damaged or destroyed in an accident, we are happy to offer the following discounts based on the date of your original purchase:
0-12 Months - 60% off replacement price
13-24 Months - 40% off replacement price
25-48 Months - 20% off replacement price
