It has a powerful 80nm-torque MPF motor and Enviolo CVT rear hub transmission for darn-near zero maintenance. Includes the standard 375wh battery for 20-40mi range. (Compatible with the Ranger Battery Upgrade Kit for MPF bikes)
- Size S/M fits riders from 5'5"-5'10"
- Includes lights, multitool, charger and Class 1 (20mph) and Class 3 (28mph) controllers
- Not compatible with full fenders. Works great with Topeak rear rack.
Returns and Exchanges
- Return window: Parts and accessories may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging.
- Process: Contact support@vvolt.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include proof of purchase.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or the product is defective. We’ll point you toward the most affordable shipping option.
- Refunds: Once inspected and approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method (less original shipping charges, if any).
- Exceptions: Installed, used, or damaged components may not be eligible for return or may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Shipping Information
Our shipping department is open Monday-Thursday. We can ship small components, accessories, and warranty parts 24-48 hours after the order is placed.
Small parts generally ship via USPS or UPS.
Larger accessories and batteries are shipped via UPS
Batteries are expensive to ship, and incur a $50 charge!
