Our custom-designed rack, specifically for second-generation Vvolt ebikes, is lightweight and feature-packed!

Load a bag or basket atop the rack platform and attach panniers simultaneously! The dropped pannier rails enable hassle-free attachment and removal of most pannier bags without detaching anything from the top platform.

There's even a mount at the back of the rack for your rear light, and stock Alpha/ Centauri II lights will fit with some rerouting of the light power cord.

Returns and Exchanges
  • Return window: Parts and accessories may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging.
  • Process: Contact support@vvolt.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include proof of purchase.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or the product is defective. We’ll point you toward the most affordable shipping option.
  • Refunds: Once inspected and approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method (less original shipping charges, if any).
  • Exceptions: Installed, used, or damaged components may not be eligible for return or may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Shipping Information

Our shipping department is open Monday-Thursday. We can ship small components, accessories, and warranty parts 24-48 hours after the order is placed. 

Small parts generally ship via USPS or UPS.

Larger accessories and batteries are shipped via UPS

Batteries are expensive to ship, and incur a $50 charge!
