You’ll get a real human reply within 24 hours, Monday–Thursday, 9 am–4 pm PT. Fridays are reserved for testing, tinkering, and improving what we offer you—because your experience matters.
A Few Operational Notes
• Warranty orders ship Tuesdays.
• Bike shipments go out Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
• We’re closed weekends and major holidays (because rest makes us better for you).
