Change the gearing of your Alpha 2 with the new Gates 20T rear cog for the Side Track product line.
This gearing update will reduce ghost pedaling in pedal assist levels 1 and 2, allowing for better pedaling performance at speeds closer to 20 mph. The trade-off? It will be slightly more challenging to get started from a stop, and some steeper hills may be more difficult to climb.

Returns and Exchanges
- Return window: Parts and accessories may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging.
- Process: Contact support@vvolt.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include proof of purchase.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or the product is defective. We’ll point you toward the most affordable shipping option.
- Refunds: Once inspected and approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method (less original shipping charges, if any).
- Exceptions: Installed, used, or damaged components may not be eligible for return or may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Small parts generally ship via USPS or UPS.
