Fender Stay Tabs (Gen 2)
Small part, big job.
These replacement fender stay tabs are designed specifically for our Vvolt Aluminum Fenders (Gen 2). They connect your fender stays to the bike, keeping your fender line stable and properly aligned.
Made from durable plastic, these tabs are intentionally designed as a sacrificial component. If your fender or stays catch on something (curbs, stairs, debris, etc.), or you have an impact, the tabs are designed to snap before force is transferred to the frame or the fender itself. It’s a simple solution that helps prevent more expensive damage.
If yours have broken, that’s the system doing its job.
These are sold as a pair.
Returns and Exchanges
- Return window: Parts and accessories may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging.
- Process: Contact support@vvolt.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include proof of purchase.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or the product is defective. We’ll point you toward the most affordable shipping option.
- Refunds: Once inspected and approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method (less original shipping charges, if any).
- Exceptions: Installed, used, or damaged components may not be eligible for return or may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Shipping Information
Our shipping department is open Monday-Thursday. We can ship small components, accessories, and warranty parts 24-48 hours after the order is placed.
Small parts generally ship via USPS or UPS.
Larger accessories and batteries are shipped via UPS
Batteries are expensive to ship, and incur a $50 charge!
