Continued work on the CFD calendar to remove the moon phases and suntimes calculations leaving room for the training schedule to come.

Continued work on the CFD calendar to show shift names and cross-referenced shifts to the standard 24-48 schedule when viewing the full-page calendar.

I edited the CFD shift calendar to support 48-96 hour shifts.
